2014 Cadillac CTS 2.0T vs. 2014 BMW 528i
Has a better blog title ever graced our blog? We think not.
Ever since the release of the 2014 Cadillac CTS, all we want to see is this car take on the competition, one by one, and show them who’s boss. The 2014 Cadillac CTS was, after all, named the Motor Trend car of the year. But is it really better than its German rivals? Or did Motor Trend just throw Cadillac a bone because they showed the “most improvement.”
Well, we would argue that, yes, the new 2014 CTS absolutely can compete with the best names in the auto industry. But it can do a lot more than just compete – it can win.
Just recently the New York Daily News pitched the 2014 CTS against the 2014 BMW 528i. The BMW, a slightly more expensive car. And the CTS, the car with more on the line.
And well, in the interest of time, we just want to share this little snippet from that article: “Steering and braking response in the CTS is simply spectacular. Bumps and road impacts are nicely muted—this is still Cadillac, after all—yet it offers plenty of road feel for the driver. This is a nearly impossible task for engineers, but the Cadillac team deserves serious accolades.”
Again, that’s only a small peice of the praise that was heaped on Cadillac for producing such a steller car. The 2014 CTS truly is a simply amazing peice of American machinery. If you’re in the market for a luxury car that also knows how to have some fun, look no further.
