2017 Cadillac CTS-V First Review

2017 Cadillac CTS-V

Unlike many luxury competitors, the 2017 Cadillac CTS-V is “one hell of a driver’s car,” according to Kelley Blue Book’s first review. The sport-luxury sedan brings a perfect combination of performance and comfort at a competitive price, while the sleek styling and aggressive nose make it hard to miss the Cadillac CTS-V on the road.

It seems the performance of the Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 and Corvette Z06 has found its way into the sport-luxury sedan. The Cadillac CTS-V comes stocked with a supercharged V8 engine that produces a heart-stopping 640 hp.

That kind of power puts the Cadillac CTS-V at a 0-to-60 mph time of just 3.7 seconds. It even tops out at a top speed of around 200 mph. Did we mention that it’s a four-door luxury sedan, not a sport coupe?

Tight, twisting roads are no trouble at all for the Cadillac CTS-V. In fact, the luxury model seems built for them. A firm suspension and extremely responsive paddle shifters add to the invigorating drive. Switching to Track mode causes a dip in stability control, making the Cadillac CTS-V a track-ready sport-luxury sedan unlike any other.

We here at DeVoe Cadillac are pumped to see the Cadillac CTS-V getting such great reviews!
