To celebrate the launch of the new 2020 XT6, Cadillac launched the “Crew Ready” campaign. The well-known film directors, Joe and Anthony Russo, directed one of the campaign’s spots.
The spots are meant to show that the 2020 Cadillac XT6 not only has all the traditional benefits of an SUV but also is a versatile and first-of-its-kind Cadillac model. The XT6 can comfortably seat up to seven passengers, and it has luxurious materials throughout.
Set to the Diplo song, “Welcome to the Party,” the campaign showcases a wide array of crews driving the XT6, including powerful stuntwomen and rocker dads. To best debut the sleek XT6, Cadillac chose Joe and Anthony Russo to be a spot’s directors. The Russo Brothers have previously directed Marvel films, so they were more than equipped to handle the edgier spot.
Deborah Wahl, Cadillac’s chief marketing officer, said, “XT6 customers are always ready for an adventure, and we knew closely partnering with the directors of the highest ever grossing film, the Russo brothers, and Bullitt was the perfect way to bring this vision to life.”
