Cadillac CT6 Sedan Finds Sweet Spot in Luxury Market
Luxury brands aren’t typically lauded for their affordability, but Cadillac’s current lineup is turning heads in the industry thanks to the sheer value. Reviewers from all over are turning their attention to the brand and praising the lineup’s cohesive style, intelligent design, and the amount of standard features packed in for a relatively affordable price in comparison to competitors.
Among these, the full-size Cadillac CT6 sedan is one of the most acknowledged, and for good reason; with a starting price less than $55,000, the CT6 has just as much quality as competitors with price tags upwards of $100k.
James Derek Sapienza of Cheatsheet was quick to point out that the 2016 CT6 is comparable in terms of length, convenience, and cabin space to rivals such as the Mercedes-Benz S-Class, which boasts a hefty sticker price of around $97,000. That doesn’t mean the CT6 is a knockoff, however; the Cadillac CT6 stands strong as a frontrunner of the luxury sedan segment with a base horsepower of 265 and the option of a 400-HP V6, an interior decorated with upscale hand-stitched leather, and the choice of rear- or all-wheel drive.
Other optional features include a high-end Bose Panaray sound system with 34 speakers, 19-inch aluminum wheels, and several packages that provide features like a sunroof and ventilated front seats. There’s even an auto-dimming rearview mirror that functions as a widescreen backup camera. The updated CUE infotainment system and improved interior acoustics make the Cadillac CT6 more comfortable and convenient than ever.
The Cadillac CT6 sedan harkens back to a time of classic American luxury without diminishing the car’s modern appeal. Power, performance, comfort, and more can all be yours in the 2016 CT6 at a relatively low price in comparison to competing sedans.
