The AutoPacific’s 2014 Vehicle Satisfaction Awards are based on the opinions of over 90,000 new vehicle owners across the U.S. so this is a huge win for Cadillac. The study measures consumer opinion on the vehicles comfort, operation, the purchase experience, and safety.
Along with winning an award for satisfaction, the SRX has also been a sales leader for the Cadillac brand.
